About Bolla Wellness Soda
Bolla was born from a small business rooted in passion and a desire to help others
live healthier, more vibrant lives. Lisa McCormack, a local female entrepreneur, ran her successful olive oil shop in Columbus for years, offering artisanal olive oils, vinegars, and other specialty goods.
As part of her mission to introduce customers to the wide variety of vinegars she carried, Lisa began mixing them with sparkling water and other complementary flavors to create refreshing samples. The idea was simple – to mellow out the harshness of vinegar while showcasing its unique taste.
To Lisa’s surprise, the sparkling vinegar drinks quickly became a hit. Customers
loved the refreshing twist and soon began recreating the drinks at home, sharing stories of the unexpected benefits they were experiencing, such as improved digestion and more balanced energy. Inspired by this overwhelming response, Lisa saw an opportunity to create a product that could bring these benefits to a wider audience.
And so, Bolla was born.
